David's Birthday!

This past weekend David turned 27! He had been in California all week and got back Friday night, just in time for his birthday on Saturday. We had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine and walking around the Seattle Center. Aidan was enthralled by the giant "Angry Bird" that was on the Space Needle and it was fun to just be out and about as a family. Aidan got his first balloon animals, we looked at the sights, got some food and chased Aidan around. Aidan kept asking "Daddy Party?" because we told him this was David's birthday party. I guess he didn't understand that Daddy doesn't have as many friends and that in fact our time outside was in fact Daddy's party.
